Mural Arts Brings Back Litter Critters for EARTH DAY Today is the unveiling of Philadelphia’s Mural Arts new series of, Litter Critters trash can wraps. This one was spotted in Fishtown by photographer Conrad Benner of Streets Dept. The solar compactors have been designed by youths in Mural Arts Arts Education Program.   If you spot one in your neighborhood, send us a pic! The unveiling happens today April, 22, 2013 4:pm-6:00pm @ New Kensington Community Development Corporation Garden Center / 1825 Frankford Avenue (Berks & Frankford Avenue) / Philadelphia PA
