LONDON GETS A FABRIC TREE INSTALLATION
The rocking group of artists from the UK who go by the name of Pirate Technics, installed an amazing fabric replica of The African Baobab Tree in Southbank Centre, London England last month.
The Baobab Tree is a symbol of community which inspired this project – perfect theme seeing how thousands of people from across the world will be descending in London for the upcomingsummer Olympics.
The tree was assembled with 16 feet wide rings that were wrapped in fabrics of varying colors and patterns.
