There’s no way we’d forget Edward Gorey (February 22, 1925 - April 15, 2000) today…his dark and humorous works are unrivaled. At least we think so, I still don’t know a single person who doesn’t give a guilty chuckle when reading his works.
Illustrator Henrietta Harris uses watercolor and gouache to hand-draw these trippy blurred vision portraits where the mind seems to play tricks on your vision…skewering your perception - giving you an artful out of body experience.
